Today, many rural communities in Fako lack access to safe drinking water. Existing water sources are often unreliable, and many communities still rely on traditional water sources such as rivers, lakes, and wells, which have been contaminated and cause illnesses. The objective of this project is to provide rural communities in Fako with clean and safe drinking water. Access to clean and portable water is a basic human right. Yet, many communities around the Fako Division do not have access to this essential resource. Our organization is committed to working with local partners to provide clean and portable water supplies to communities in need in Fako. We believe that by providing this resource, we can improve health outcomes and help alleviate poverty.
